Reports created by FrequencyRank, lottery, lotto, Pick-3 statistical software.
The statistical reports rank the Pick 3 digits by their frequency. The numbers are listed in descending order, from the most frequent (the hottest or the best) to the least frequent digits (the coldest or the worst numbers). The reports show the number of hits; i.e. amount of drawings in which that particular Pick-3 digit was a winner.
The ranking by frequency is performed two ways:
1) Regardless of position;
2) Position by position.
You will notice differences in the two reports.
~ Regardless of position: Counts in how many draws the digit came out;
~ Position-by-position: Counts all occurrences of a digit.
The position-by-position frequency will always show the exact amount of digits that appeared in a number of drawings analyzed. For example, the span of analysis was 100 drawings. If we add up the frequencies for digit position 1, the amount must be 100. The same is true for the other positions. If we add up the frequencies for the three positions, the total must be 100 x 3 = 300.
A statistical report as such is not of much use. The short-term ranges of analysis offer stronger tendencies, in accordance to the Fundamental Formula of Gambling (FFG). For far better results, run the special lottery software SkipSystem: Fishing frenzy megaways rtp free.

• Current Pick 3 game format: 3 digits from a field of 10, from 0 to 9
• Total drawings in this results file: 9353
• Most recent drawing in this file: May 15, 2017 (2 3 3)
• Data recorded in Pennsylvania Lottery, evening drawings only.
You will notice that the discrepancy in frequencies is determined by the length of analysis (parpaluck) — for the position-by-position analysis as well. The longer the parpaluck, the closer the frequency percentages get to one another.
One caveat: The Pennsylvania pick 3 game has a very long history. Admittedly, mistakes are likely. I entered data from a multitude of sources. Earlier, I entered data manually. I might have also missed or deleted some drawings. I might have deleted triple combinations, such as 000, 111, etc.
The short span of analysis is where the money is. The short parpalucks create staggering biases in pick-3 digit frequency. Any lottery strategy should focus only on short parpalucks.

Cash 3 is a daily draw game from the Mississippi Lottery with prizes of up to $500, eight play styles, and a choice of wagers. Cash 3 is Mississippi's third draw game, launched on September 1, 2020, after Powerball and Mega Millions were introduced on January 30, 2020.
Draws are held seven nights a week at around 9:50 pm CT, and the winning numbers will be posted on this site soon afterwards. Results will also be broadcast on TV, via WCBI-Columbus, WXXV-Gulfport, WJTV-Jackson, WMDN-Meridian and WGBC-Meridian (times may vary by schedule).
To start playing Cash 3, grab a play slip and select your favorite three digits from 000 through 999. Or simply check the Quick Pick box and the lottery terminal will randomly choose your numbers. You can also choose just one or two digits and let Quick Pick fill in the rest.
Cash 3 has a choice of eight play types, with different ways to match the numbers drawn to win a prize and various odds of winning. The game offers fixed cash prizes, so the amount to be won is guaranteed, no many how many other players or winners there are.
Do you want to play your lucky numbers more than once? Multi-Draw is the most convenient way to play up to seven consecutive draws.
Players may choose a $0.50 or $1 wager for most play types. Two plays cost more: Three Way Combo is $3 and Six Way Combo is $6. How much you bet determines which play types you can choose and how much you can win. The top prize for a $1 play is $500, and for a $0.50 play it's $250.
For a $1 bet, select from four play types:
For a $0.50 bet, select either Exact Order or Any Order play types.
